Tree Removal

Some trees come down in one clean fell across an open field. Others have to come down one piece at a time, roped and lowered over a roofline. Both are normal days here.

When removal is the right call

  • Dead or dying trees within falling distance of a house, driveway, or power line
  • Storm-split trunks and hanging limbs that cannot be saved
  • Trees with visible decay, cavities, or a new lean after heavy weather
  • Healthy trees in the wrong place: over a foundation, a pool, or a planned addition

How the work runs

The owner walks the site, evaluates the tree and everything around it, and writes the estimate. On job day, the crew arrives with the equipment the removal actually requires: a lift for tight vertical work, a track machine for moving heavy wood without tearing up the yard. Sections are rigged and lowered where structures are close. Wood and debris are hauled off, and the site is left clean.

Stump grinding is available as part of the same visit; most customers pair the two so the job is finished in one pass. See stump grinding.
